Assignment 1

General Description

This assignment will help us get started for this semester and will be the foundation for some upcoming assignments. I also want to get to know you since we will not have a face-to-face course for RECR 200 and I live in Boston. I like to get to know more about the students in my class and want you to make a discussion board posting in Sakai where you will introduce yourself to me and the rest of the class.

Instructions

PART ONE: Sign up for a Google email account using this link. https://accounts.google.com/ Once you have your Google email set up, submit the address through this assignment submission link on Sakai.

PART TWO: Post a discussion board introduction on Sakai. Here are some ideas to help you introduce yourself:

• What is your favorite television show, movie, song, video game? Why?
• What place to you consider home? Why?
• If you were stranded on a desert island, what would you wish you could bring with you? Why?
• If all your plans work out, what is your life like in 10 years?
• Do you have any pets? Please describe them and include pictures if you do!
• What hobbies do you have and why do you do them?
• How would you describe your personality?
• Out of all the majors in our world, why did you choose the one you did?
