Build a Computer

General Description

This assignment is to pretend that you are building a desktop PC. You will not actually build this PC and no purchase is required to complete this assignment. You will use the website PC Part Picker to choose components of a computer that you would use for a specific purpose (school work, gaming, surfing the internet, sharing photos, online meetings, etc.).

Instructions

Visit the website PC Part Picker and build a computer with the monitary constraint of $800 dollars.

Feel free to browse through one of the builds featured on the website; however, you must construct your own unique build and pick and choose each of the parts on your own. Click on "Start a Build" to build your computer.

Here is an example of one of my builds and the items that you should fill out for this assignment

For at least five of your choices, write a one to two line sentence as to why you chose that specific part. Use your weekly module notes as a guide for the basics and do outside research to find out further information.

Output

1. A print out or a link to your build from PC Part Picker
2. ALSO - DON'T FORGET THIS PART: A half-page to full page document that describes your reasoning for choosing at least five of the items.
