General Description

For this assignment, you will be summarizing your interview and observations at the agency you chose at the beginning of the semester.

Instructions

Download the file with the interview questions and observation list that was distributed at the beginning of the semester. You are welcome to answer the questions in any style you choose; however, you are welcome to use this Word file to organize and write your paper. For example, you can use the headings and subheadings to write your observations and answers to the interview questions and leave the headings in the paper.

In addition to answering the questions in the file, add your responses to these questions in your paper:

• At the beginning of your paper, summarize your experiences in the observation and interview
• At the end of the paper, answer these specific questions:
• Were you surprised by any of the interview responses or observations? Why or why not?
• Did you learn something helpful to your future internship and or career? What did you learn? If you did not learn anything helpful - what would you have wished you could have observed or learned from the interview?
