General Description
You will use the results of your personality inventory, assigned course readings, and course module information to write a paper about your personal leadership style. This information will be used in your final project.
Instructions
This is a personal reflection paper where you discuss the results of your personality test and how it relates to your personal leadership style. In your reflection paper, cover the following:
- Describe your 16 personalities results
- How do you feel your personality results relate to your leadership style? Specifically, look at the results "Career Paths" and "Workplace Habits" on the 16 Personalities web page. If you do not have a direct link to the results page, do a google search for your personality letters and 16 Personalities. For example, I would search for "ENFP 16 Personalities."

Using the readings and module information presented in this course thus far, what leadership traits align with your 16 Personalities results? (Weeks 2-3)
- What current leadership trends and issues do you feel you would be best with handling given your 16 Personalities results? (Week 4)

Answer the questions above in a Word document, pdf, or other word processing program and upload it to Sakai. You can choose whichever format works best for you. For example, you can use the questions above as headings and provide the answer below or you can write more of a narrative.
