General Description
You will complete an online inventory about your leadership style. Answer questions about your results in a reflection paper. This information will be used in your final project.
Instructions
At the end of the assessment, follow the instructions on the web page and the results will come up in your browser. Save your results by printing the page, taking a screen grab, or copying and pasting the results into Sakai. Your results are also emailed to you so you can save and print the email if you find it easier to print and submit an email window.
After you receive your results, answer the following questions (about 1 -3 pages with a formatting that works for you):
- Describe your results,
- How accurate are these results? Why do you think this might be?
- Do these results match with your personality assessment earlier in the semester? Why or why not?
- Pick 1-2 of the articles we have reviewed this semester and compare them to your results. Describe the differences, similarities, or both that stand out to you and describe why they stand out.

Output
Submit the results of your assessment and your reflection to Sakai. You can submit a pdf attachment or copy and paste your report in the box provided.
